How to add a new Televic user to jitbit-sqmtool.televic.com (and upgrade him/her to "Technician")?

1. Ask the user to log-in to jitbit-sqmtool.televic.com via his/her Email address.  After logging-in the user will not be able to access anything; this is normal.

2. Contact an administrator (Jorijn, IT-dept,..) to upgrade the user from "Regular user" to "Technician" (or other levels of access rights, e.g. here).

Important notes:
1. Any Email address with suffix ..@gsp-berlin.de in jitbit-sqmtool.televic.com must be changed to ..@televic.com.
2. If the user logs-in via his/her ..@gsp-berlin.de on his/her computer, then the  ..@televic.com mail address must have the same prefix.  For example; a A.Peters@gsp-berlin.de will cause a problem if added in jitbit as A.Peters-Diaz@televic.com.  The reason is that the suffix (@gsp-berlin.de) is cut & replaced by @televic.com, when Berlin users log-in via sqm.televic.com.
