How to allow that a "Regular user" can see all tickets of his/her Televic BU?

1. Go to https://jitbit-sqmtool.televic.com/Admin/Users

2. Select the user (which is a "Regular user") and press "Edit".

3. Enable the checkbox "Is manager".

Note: This is a solution to e.g. allow R&D employees access to all tickets, while avoid making them "Technician".
SQM-tickets are not allowed to be assigned to R&D - only to employees within Operations.
