How to work with the "Open QG09R" button during "Material inspection"

Location of the "Open QG09R" button during a Material Inspection:

Clarification of document names & prefices:

Document nameDocument prefixCommentDocument nameDocument prefix
Group Inspection Instruction QG09 (QSL at GSP)Inspection instruction for a group (family) of materialsReport of Group Inspection Instruction QG09R
Material Inspection Instruction QI09Inspection instruction for a single materialReport of Material Inspection Instruction QR09

By pushing the "Open QG09R" button, a copy is made of the "Inspection instruction for a group (family) of materials (prefix QG09) and stored as report (QG09R) in following format under the directory set in the Settings (see below): QG09R_[MaterialID]_[OrderNo]_[GoodsReceiptDate as YYYY_MM_DD]_[InspectionLotID].  Between [...] are variable fields.

Set-up:

1. Verify if the links for the Material Group have been set correct via "https://sqm.televic.com/settings/material".
For adding links to documents located on Sharepoint, preferably add these manually by copying a working link and replace spaces with "%20".

If links are copied via Sharepoint (see https://jitbit-sqmtool.televic.com/KB/View/20461-how-to-manage-the-material-group-inspection-instructions) pay attention that following is removed from the Sharepoint link (see examples in screenshot below):
- Insertions starting with ":" such as ":f:/r", ":w:/r" or ":x:/r"
- Suffices starting with "?..."

2. Links for which the path must change depending on a variable (e.g. Material number) can be programmed as follows:
... = Folder Name, taking into account that "%20" is a space

3. The field "Specification & (where applicable) Inspection Instruction [QI09]" must never be empty (otherwise the other links/button don't appear).  In case no link to the specification, add e.g. "TBD":
4. Users (Technicians) that need to create/store QG09R's to link in field below, must have "write" access to that location (e.g. QG09R (reports) on Sharepoint).

Notes:

1. After a report "QG09R" is created, you cannot overwrite it any more (each time you click on the report, the last saved version will be opened, so you can always update reports e.g. when you don't finish inspection in the evening).
This means that if you want to change the Material Group "QG09" (e.g. because you created a report from the wrong "QG09" template), you need to delete the report "QG09R" where it was stored (on Sharepoint).

2. As the "Open QG09R" button will organize that the document in the "Group Inspection Instruction [QG09]:" is downloaded to the "Instruction Report Folder", it is necessary that the user "toolmaster@televic.com" (which is used by the SQM-tool) has write rights to that folder.  If not, please ask support-it@televic.com to allow that user the write rights to related Sharepoint location.

3. After clicking on "Open QG09R" it could be possible you notice the report is opened as "Read only" (see example below).  In that case, check if you have write rights to the Sharepoint location where the reports are stored.
