FAI-process - Televic Izegem - Who does R&D-MECH has to inform of the FAI result internally?

• Procurement (Dieter & Ashly) do not need to be informed of the FAI-result.
• Projectlead TRA (Tijana, Annelies,..) does need to be informed of the FAI-result.
• Method for informing Projectlead TRA by R&D-MECH:
• Add Projectlead TRA to the Reply before communicating the FAI-report:

• After the Reply is sent, remove Projectlead TRA (via e new Reply) Via the “x” on the right.

Note: The R&D-MECH Engineer can also remove him/herself after the ticket is assigned back to incoming inspection.

(the Supplier Quality Engineer also regularly removes people from the ticket, which do not need to be involved in further communication any more)

• Attention point for Projectlead TRA:
• Do NOT reply on the Email with the FAI-result (content as below), because when these fields are in your reply,

you will be added again to the ticket & the supplier will be informed of your reply (if ticket already communicated to the supplier).
