What's the meaning of the "incognito" symbol?
In some cases, when a supplier (or external contact) replies to a ticket, you might notice the "incognito" symbol
(or in red
in jitbit version 10.23) next to the name of the supplier:

This means that the supplier replied with an Email address different from (one of) the Email address(es) used to (initially) communicate the ticket.
Examples:
- In the case of screenshot above, the ticket was sent to r.boets@pruftechnik.be, however this person replied via rein.boets@pruftechnik.com.
- In other cases, the ticket is sent to the supplier Email address X, and this person forwards the ticket to person Y which replies to the ticket (with another Email address).
It is very important to know that supplier (external) contacts that reply "incognito", are not added (subscribed) to the ticket. This means that, if you would reply directly from jitbit-sqmtool.televic.com, the "incognito" Email address will not get your reply!
This can be solved, by adding the new supplier (or external) Email address to the ticket!
Above can be easily done by clicking on the "add":
Note1: If the supplier changed to new Email addresses, you should update the supplier contact Email addresses in SAP, see here.
Note2: The reason that the new contact is not added is because of security, it's up to Televic to define and confirm what external Email addresses are added to a ticket.
