Non-Conformity Tag: Difference between "Request for Rework" and "Televic Internal"

Request for Rework:

• Parts were initially OK and got non-conform.  Televic is responsible they got non-conform.  Supplier is asked to rework the parts & invoice to Televic.

E.g.:

- Transportation damage where Televic is responsible for the transportation (ex-works,..);

- parts that got damaged in Televic, for which we want to pay for the repair;

- parts returned to the supplier for retrofit;

- ...

Televic internal:

• Parts are initially non-conform.  Televic is responsible they are non-conform.  Televic decides corrective actoin (re-order, scrap, rework, use as is,..).

E.g.:

- The supplier received the wrong drawing from Televic;

- the drawing from Televic is not clear - resulting in a misinterpretation by the supplier;

- ...
