How to manage the Material Group Inspection Instructions?

All QG09 (Group Material Inspection Instruction) are located on sharepoint:
https://televicgroupnv.sharepoint.com/sites/tools/SQM/Forms/AllItems.aspx

To add/update the link in the SQM-tool:
1. Copy the link to the involved QG09 from Sharefile as follows:





Go to the settings menu in the SQM-tool (sqm.televic.com/settings/material):

Go to "Material Group Settings":

Press the pencil symbol to to add/update the link in the SQM-tool:


Paste the link in window below and remove all text after the "?" (including the question mark):

For example (red to be removed):

Updating the QG09 files:
- Go to Explorer and add following address: https://televicgroupnv.sharepoint.com/sites/tools
- Edit the files directly:
