Agreements BE - Material inbound inspection: Custom projects TCS (materials starting with 98.xx.xxxx)

Following agreement was made with TCS 28/03/2024 for custom projects (materials starting with 98.xx.xxxx):

1. Raw materials (typically mechanics) (materials of type ZROH, starting with 98.xx.xxxx) delivered to Televic BE or Televic BG:

FAI: No FAI
This means that, upon creating the material in SAP, Master Data management must use a template where an inspection plan of type ZFAI is not added (or added but not activated).

IQC: Standard procedure (as with other materials)
- When requesting the material number via Tireqs, the field "Based on a custom specification defined by Televic (drawing, production file,..)" must be enabled.
- Upon creating the material (ZROH, 98.xx.xxxx) Master Data checks this field in Tireqs, and  (if enabled) will add and activate an inspection plan of type ZIQC.
- Upon receival of the materials, during ZIQC inspection by incoming inspection dept., all dimensions will be measured and all specifications must be checked (unless the same partno. was delivered from the same supplier in the past) - see "QG09 - Group Material inspection instruction - MECH.xlsx".

Instruction for incoming inspection (see "QG09 - Group Material inspection instruction - MECH.xlsx"):

2. Finished products (typically sold to the end customer) (materials of type ZFRT, starting with 98.xx.xxxx) delivered to Televic BE:

FAI: By default, no FAI
This means that, upon creating the material in SAP, Master Data management must use a template where an inspection plan of type ZFAI is not added (or added but not activated).
This means that, if the Project Engineer for Custom projects at TCS (Victor Verstraete) would wish to have an FAI upon arrival at BE, he must proactively request Data Management to add and activate an inspection plan of type ZFAI on the material upon creation (later - before delivery - is also possible, however in that case also the Purchase Order must be updated with the FAI trigger accordingly).

IQC: No IQC
- Following the Service Level Agreement (SLA_TLV BUs  TLV BG - Addendum A) between the Televic BU's and Televic Bulgaria, inspections of type ZIQC in BE are skipped on ZFRT materials, as we expect these are checked during OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) at Televic Bulgaria.
- This means that, when requesting the material number via Tireqs, it's irrelevant to set the field "Based on a custom specification defined by Televic (drawing, production file,..)", as the SLA has been programmed in SAP (via IQC material filter ZQM14).
- This means that, upon creating the material (ZFRT, 98.xx.xxxx) it is irrelevant for Master Data to check this field in Tireqs.

Instruction for incoming inspection (see "QG09 - Group Material inspection instruction - (Semi) Finished Product.xlsx"):
