Database SQM-tickets
You can (also) access a (daily updated) database of all SQM-tickets via the (PowerBI) workspace “Supplier Reporting”, see here "Database SQM-tickets".
If you would not have access, contact IT support.
Via this way also employees that are not a Technician (to jitbit-sqmtool.televic.com) can check the type/content of ticket(s), or e.g. easily make a list of tickets related to a vendor.
Please share/communicate to your collegues which would like to “consult” tickets without intervening in ticket communication.
The reason for making the SQM-tickets database available via PowerBI reporting, is because “only” Technicians can access all tickets (and we don’t want to give everybody access rights as Technician). Access via PowerQuery (which is also possible) was not recommended by IT, as this would put extra load on the network.
